LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

Did you know there is a extensively developed and proven method designed to enhance innovation and business performance based on the LEGO® bricks and originally developed by the LEGO® company? Well, there is! The name is LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and it is ideal for situations where you want:

  • To develop and strengthen teams and organisations – collaboration, guiding principles, identity
  • To solve complex challenges where only many people together can find the solution
  • To work out personnel and sensitive topics where there is an “elephant” in the room

You can read more about the method here https://www.lego.com/en-us/seriousplay

At Ideon Open we have used the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for many years as one of the powerful tools in our toolbox. We are actively promoting the adoption of the method and push for more people to become trained and certified.

Here is the global association of master trainers https://seriousplay.training/

«Jens is a superb trainer, with a world of experience to bring the theory to life. His approach was inclusive and easy-going, without ever losing the need to challenge the group to understand and embed the key principles of LSP»
