Exploring opportunities based on Digitalization with Stora Enso

With the quick development within digitalization and a lot of business depending on producing paper, Stora Enso needed to embark on a journey to be better positioned to grasp the opportunities in a new world.  The assignment included engaging with key employees throughout the whole organisation.

Challenge:

  • External speakers (“aliens”)
  • In cooperation with IT-service provider Cognizant
